Service Dog Training for VETERANS, their FAMILIES, and 1st Responders
I am honored to be affiliated with an amazing, non-profit organization based out of Texas called Train a Dog – Save a Warrior (TADSAW). TADSAW provides for the training of a Medic Alert Service Dog as designated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at NO COST to the veteran!
TADSAW also oversees Train a Dog – Save a Family (TADSAF) which provides for the training of a Medic Alert Service Dog for a Veteran’s immediate family member who had a relatable mental health issue diagnosed while the Veteran was deployed or on Active Duty
AND
Train a Dog – Save a First Responder (TADSAR), which provides for the training of a Medic Alert Service Dog for First Responders, Local and State Police, Fire Fighters, and Hospital staff who are surviving with ORIADS, PTSD, etc , caused by the aftermath of treating individuals that were victims of catastrophic events or accidents.
Through these programs, I am proud to be able to assist our Veterans, their families, and 1st Responders who are surviving with:
- Military Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (MIADS)
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Occupation Related Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (ORIADS)
To get started with this outstanding program, you must contact Train a Dog – Save a Warrior directly. I am only the trainer – but TADSAW handles all the paperwork and assigns the trainer (TADSAW has trainers located all over the USA!)
You can access the TADSAW contact form at https://tadsaw.org/ and scroll to the bottom of the page to leave your request for more information.
